Good to know

• The 6-inch bar is designed for branches and timber up to roughly 10–12 cm across. This is a saw for pruning and small jobs, not a replacement for a full-size chainsaw felling trees.
• The chain needs oil before every use and tensioning when required — true of every chainsaw, including this one.
• Work with the goggles and gloves from the kit. The saw is small, but the chain is real.

The jobs you put off in the garden are rarely hard. You just do not have anything that finishes them in five minutes.
